SACRED WIND
Tag " Bethel Flute Man" Allen has been walking the streets of Bethel going to and coming from work at The Big Apple on Railroad Street for the past three years. Bill hasn't been far behind.
Everybody in town knows Tag by the beautiful music he plays on his Native flute as he walks along.
A smile of relaxation and joy appears on the face of every listener.
Tag loves bringing this joy to people through his music. Most of his songs are written about townspeople. " A Song for Kathy-Kathy's Cha Cha" is one such "gift" dedicated to his neighbor.
On Tag and Bill's " SACRED WIND" CD1, Tag dedicates and gives "heartfelt thanks" to all of Bethel for much "encouragement and friendship".
At this time,Tag,Bill and SusiQNuMuzik would like to make an exciting announcement! All local songwriters and poets are invited to record a piece for a compilation CD free of charge! Just e-mail susiQnumuzik@gmail.com immediately. Don't be shy; many of your neighbors are already signed up. This is how Tag got started.
As one listens to Tag and Bill's music, young and old can immediately tell how much Tag and Bill love this music.
The music has been leading Tag to his roots and he has been writing songs and poetry silently for many years..
It is only because Tag's Father recently died leaving him a bit of money that Tag has been able to purchase a few flutes.
For two years now the town's people have been chiding Tag to put out a CD of his music.
Unknown to most people though, two years ago Tag and Bill recorded his Suite for Ballet: " A Day on the Reservation" and it is now available for purchase. Twelve pieces of acoustic Native flute music, some cuts with fully orchestrated accompaniment.
Also available is his first " SACRED WIND" CD1, an assortment of acoustic vocal, flute and guitar pieces ranging from the traditional to country to spiritual-new age to Latin-jam and not excluding beautiful Love songs.
Shortly, the second and third " SACRED WIND" CDs will follow- a full band version of CD1, and CD2 with twenty or more "new" selections including original doo-wop. Many local guest artists will appear on the CD2.
An audio CD of a beautiful MAINE poetry book by KEN NYE "Searching for the Spring-Poetic Reflections of Maine" has just gone into production with Tag's SACRED WIND performing with the poet following the recent performance at Mouse and Bean.

Most retail stores in town have unselfishly offered to sell Tag and Bill's music CDs joining into the spirit of Tag and Bill's joyful offering to all of Bethel. Ken Nye's book and Tag and Bill's CDs are available at Books 'n Things. SACRED WIND will be appearing locally at Finish Line and other dining establishments.
